Arkansas County People Search
An Arkansas County people search is a bit unusual. The county has two seats. De Witt serves the southern district and Stuttgart serves the northern district. Both run their own clerk and assessor desks, so you may have to call both. Arkansas County is the oldest county in the state, set up in 1813. Marriage records run all the way back to 1848. The Circuit Clerk holds court files, deeds, and military discharges. The Sheriff books people from rice country towns like De Witt, Stuttgart, Almyra, and Gillett. State tools fill in the rest of any Arkansas County people search.
